Who We Are
We are Eli and Ert, a couple in deep love, walking a shared path of connection, purpose, and devotion. Our bond is not just the foundation of our personal lives but also the heart of the sanctuary we’ve created at Casa Ayni. Together, we are guided by the principle of Ayni—the ancient Andean wisdom that celebrates sacred reciprocity, the balance of giving and receiving, and the interconnectedness of all life. A principle, which leads to Sumak Kawsay, a good life.

At Casa Ayni, we bring not only our professional and personal skills but especially our hearts, creating a space where healing, transformation, and connection unfold naturally. Eli’s shamanic practices and psychological insights intertwine with Ert’s craftsmanship and nurturing care to form the soul of Casa Ayni. Eli
Eli weaves her deep connection to shamanic traditions from around the globe with spiritual insights and psychological know-how to guide individuals on a transformative journey toward their inner truth and freedom. As a certified coach, Energy Medicine practitioner, Integration specialist and Munay Ki mentor, she offers 1:1 self-discovery and integration coaching, as well as powerful ceremonial experiences. These include all the Munay Ki Initiations, fire ceremonies, and workshops designed to heal and harmonize our relationships with ourselves, our ancestors, and all life around us.
Eli’s path is deeply enriched by her diverse ancestral roots, which span Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Born and raised in South America, she pursued her studies in ethnology, education, and psychology in Europe, immersing herself in cultures and wisdom traditions worldwide since young age. Her inner journey has been just as expansive, delving deeply into her own self. She explored her own Christian heritage while gaining profound insights from Tibetan Buddhism and the Vedic tradition and ended up remembering the original shamanic ways.
With a passion for empowering women, Eli focuses on expanding awareness of the sacred feminine and masculine principles, fostering a balanced integration of these energies. As the organizer of all sacred events at Casa Ayni, she creates nurturing spaces where transformation can unfold, allowing participants to connect with their authentic selves and the interconnected web of life. Eli’s hands-on approach, wisdom, and unique global perspective make her a trusted guide for those seeking profound personal growth and spiritual awakening.
Ert
Ert is the creative force behind Casa Ayni, skillfully crafting shamanic drums, rattles, and custom sacred tools, each imbued with intention, care, and a deep connection to spirit. As the guardian of Casa Ayni’s offerings, he holds space with love and dedication, nourishing participants with heartfelt meals during events and supporting them on their journeys of transformation. Beyond the physical realm, Ert shares his passion for shamanic wisdom and teachings through thoughtfully created digital content, extending the reach of these sacred traditions to a wider global community.
Born and raised at the crossroads of Asia and Europe, Ert embodies the rich wisdom and traditions of both regions. Through his keen powers of observation and the influence of his talented female ancestors, he developed exceptional skill with his hands. From crafting diverse forms of handcrafted art to cooking delicious and nourishing dishes, Ert’s creations are a testament to his ability to bring beauty and care into every detail.
With a background in engineering, his analytical mind led him to the practice of Vipassana meditation, offering him profound insights into the workings of the human mind and the understanding that reality is not merely dictated by fate but always shaped—intentionally or unconsciously—by our thoughts and actions.
Ert’s rich life experiences, extensive travels, and innate curiosity have shaped him into a creative and multifaceted individual. His open mind, courage, and sense of humor make him a dynamic and inspiring presence.
